How big are your tables?


Our farm tables are 8'x40" and hold 8-10 guests comfortably. If you connect your tables banquet style, then each table will hold 8 guests and seperating the table will hold up to 10.




Do you rent benches with your tables?


No, we have found that most of our couples are opting for chairs then benches. This allows their guests to get in and out of their chairs easier and it allows couples to pick the chair colors they want. We do not carry chairs in our stock but we our tables are perfect with fruitwood, white, black chairs and chiavari chairs.




What else do you rent?


We will be expanding our rental services. Please check back with us frequently and see our additions to our inventory. Where do you deliver and what does your delivery fee include?


We deliver throughout the Bay Area. Our standard delivery fee is based on a 10 mile radius from Dublin Ca. Please contact us for delivery fees outside this area. Our delivery fee includes setup onsite, placement of items according to your floorplan and breakdown of all your items. Moving of your items during your event will be an added fee. Same day, same day out is also an additional fee. We do accomadate same day in and out venues.




When do you deliever, set up and take down the tables?


We ask you send us a floorplan for your table setup. If one is not provided, we will do our best to setup onsite. Every venue has different rules and we abide by their rules because our relationship with them is just as important as our relationship with you. Since your florist and other vendors need to have the tables in place first, typically we set up the night before or in the morning, on the day of the event. We typically schedule take down and pickup the day after your event depending on the venues rules.




What is your delivery fee, damage deposit and deposit fees?


Our delivery fee is $80 within a 10 mile radius from Dublin Ca. The delivery fee includes delivery, set up and breakdown of all items. If you outside this area, then please contact us about delivery pricing. We do free proposals, so reach out and let us quote you. Sometimes you will find that we are the same price or cheaper then renting tables rounds and llinen. We do have a delivery minimum of $250. If you are local to our area and wish to pick up your rented tems, this can be pre-arranged with us, please call or email us to arrange pick up. We work with many companies and venues, so ask your venue if they work with us. A damage deposit is due at the time of rental. The damage deposit fee ranges in price and if there is no damage to the tables, then it is fully refundable in 10 days after your event. To put a hold on your items, we ask for a 30% deposit on the total due. The rest, plus damage deposit, is due 10 days prior to your event date. The 30% deposit is non-refundable in case you decide to cancel. Our inventory is limited and we do have to turn away many couples when we book your date. If our staff needs to stay onsite until after your ceremony to move the arbor to another location, there is a breakdown and setup fee associated with that service. All arbors should be handled with care when moved and can be damaged easily if not broken down properly. If your venue requires setup and breakdown on the same day, we do charge a same day in and out fee.




How do you reserve tables and what payment method do you take?


You can reserve tables by email by email @ wildwoodrusticrentals@gmail.com We will send you a proposal for your items. If you decide to move forward with the rental, we will send you a contract to sign. Once we recieve your signed contract and deposit, your reservation is confirmed. We have a limited amount of tables and we do book up quickly. So we must rent on a first come basis. We appologize in advance if we are sold out on your event date. We do take a variety fo payments, once your contract is sent, our payment infomation is attached.
